HD "Dirty Business" Truck Show Registration

This is for registering your truck for the 2023 HD "Dirty Business" Truck show. Please make sure to enter your customer contact information.

The registration fee is $50 and 100% of the proceeds will go to the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital and No Foot Too Small. 

Please make sure to include your email in your customer information or email kelly@hdequipia.com with the following information 

Name, address, phone number, truck information, color, combo or bobtail, and shirt size. 

We will send a donation letter for your tax records.
